Entry 42, May 13

I cannot wait for school to be done with. It will be such a relief not to have any homework. I think we have about 2 more weeks left, but I ca't help thinking it' going to end up being three. Thanks to Brooke, Kayla, and Myranda, I am now noticing the creaking noise Brooke is making with her desk unintentionally. I have run out of thoughts to write about... Oh! I think I might try to finish Eragon this weekend, just because, well, I'm not sure why. I gues it's becoming a little more exciting than it was before, but I also want to be done with it. It's taken me too long, but then again, I'd rather do other things than read. I thi nkone of the major turn-offs for me is that if I start to read it, I won't really put it down if it's a good book, and then there goes my whole day... yay. I like having time to myself, although now that I think about it I spend a lot of time doing nothing really.

May 11, Entry 41

Well, I am soooo ready for school to be over with. But I will be a little disappointed to not have my laptop anymore, since I’ve been working on something with some friends for a while. It’s a concept of a video game I thought of. So far Noah, Tyler, and a friend named Ian are the other people working on it. It’s really early, and last night we kinda sketched out the main plot, and began with the start of the game. It’s a RPG set in a fantasy world. You create your character, and somewhere near the beginning you find a “beast” that you have with you throughout the game. You choose one of four species, and each of those have 2 subspecies. The species are: Dragons, Avians (some sort of giant bird), Warg (giant canine or feline), and Griffins. You also have a primary element that you choose at the beginning. It really just boosts the power and effectiveness of equipment of that element. There are eight different elements: Dark, Light, Fire, Ice, Water, Earth, Thunder, and Wind. You can still use weapons and armor of different elements than your primary element, though. The gameplay is a turn-based fighting system, which we haven’t really thought about so far.

Entry 38, April 15

I have 17--wait--16 more minutes left of battery power left on this laptop. Oh, great, now it changed to 21. And now it 35. Make up your mind! . . . 36. . . I doubt you have ever even heard of it, but there's this funny internet machinima of Halo called Red vs. Blue. I've just recently began to watch them, but I had seen a few of them before that. They're funny. So far I'm almost done with season 2, which is pretty awesome. There are about 20 episodes in each season that i've seen, so I figure that's how many are in the rest. Episodes don't have a set time, sometimes they're short, other times they're long, but usually they are about 4 minutes. They are hilarious. A quote that I intercahnge with Tyler and Clayton is Agent Washington: "Worst. Grenade throw. Ever. . . Of all time." Caboose:"Not my fault. Somebody put a wall in my way." Oh how i love Caboose. He is such an idiot. another favorite quote of mine is "This sounds like a retarded Mexican sasquatch!"

Entry 37, April 13

Alright! Distracting Mrs. Strand. Good day. I think this is going to be a good period. Right now Mrs. Strand is attempting to hit Tom... with a flower. Apparently they misspelled Brooke's name on her looptap. I think I may call her pickle now, because it rhymes with her last name. Pretty good day, maybe going to Tyler's house after school. That'll be fun. It should work out nice because Clayton can't give me a ride home anyway. He has to work on a display shelf for FFA. I have the piano man stuck in my head now. Mr. Vaupel played it during art, and he quoted the first line of it, which is something like 9 o'clock on a Saturday I think. It was weird because I thought he was talking to me, but then the lyrics started to play on the song, so I was lost no more.

Entry 36, March 30

After what seems like ten minutes of waiting for my computer to load, it finally worked. Now I'm thinking about summer and what joy and happiness no school will bring to me. I really don't have any major plans, except for our annual fishing trip in Minnesota. For once though, Id like to go on a real vacation somewhere else, which we're supposedly supposed to go on a cruise next winter, but I'm a little unsure on how solid that is. I do hope that we go. It would be awesome. It would be the first time I've been to the ocean, or much less a state not touching Iowa (except for Indiana). Oh well, that wil have to wait. For now I get to think about going outside and finding an awesome spot by the creek. It's just really fun exploring places in the woods, expecially down by the creek.

Entry 35, March 16

Ninja is the new big thing here. As you know it's a fun game where you hit your friends in the arm. Haha, very logical, huh. But despite it being somewhat painful, it somehow keeps you coming back for more. I really don't know why it's such a fun game, but it is. It must be that competitiveness inside everyone that makes them want to keep going. I think it's funny how it became such a big hit. I myself learned of it at the variety show, but I think it spawned in at a speech thing. Speaking of the variety show, it was a fun but stressful night. Tyler and I worked on the stage crew, but it seemed as if we were the only ones doing it. Tat actually really surprised me, since I usually try to slack off (notice how I said TRY) but this time it was really me and Ty doing all the work. 3 other people were supposed to be up there, but I'm still unsure of where they were at the entire night. Seldom did I see them, and that was only when I contacted them myself and told them to "do this for a scene" or something. Grr, that really kinda made me mad. They possibly could have been outside the door directing people to where they need to be, but I doubt that. Clayton and I ordered some games through the internet a while ago, and they came yesterday. We played them for a while, and they're pretty fun. They're two different Mortal Kombat games. Clayton got a little obsessed with that a little bit.

Entry 34, March 11

Well, promise says I'm always serious. I understand her, but it's not because I'm serious all the time. I just don't laugh at everything, and my emotions usually don't last that long. Anyways, I'm going to continue at what I was writing about last time. Through those fighting countries another World War will happen. This will cause nuclear warfare, and the world will fall into a continuous hole filled with war, hate, and zombies, thus causing the end of all things. I can't remember my other suggestions of apocalyptic things, but another one I bet would be something like the Nazis only successful, or a giant disease outbreak. I still don't really believe that there will be an end of the world, but it's still fun to think about. In the meantime I'll try to enjoy life as much as I can, even thought some of it may be hard, boring, or annoying. Monica just made me laugh. I don't think she really meant to, but she pulled her laptop closer to her as you (Mrs. Strand) walked toward her. I think she was really just trying to get more comfortable.

Entry 33, March 9

I believe that the end of the end of the world will never come. It can't. At least there won't be a previous set date some thousand years before. I won't rule out zombie apocalypses, alien invasions, giant meteors, or nuclear warfare though. Out of these, I think the most unlikely is the zombies, mainly for the fact that the military is far too strong to be outnumbered by zombies... unless they can regenerate, then we're screwed. I bet if zombies do attack, the world won't end from them, rather than from nuclear warfare caused by them. One government will nuke the emerging place of the zombies, and that government will get mad. To be continued...

Entry 32, March 4

A cool kid
Some one who is very chill
or laid back

beautiful, auh-mazzing boy with good intentions. Makes an awesome boyfriend, the sweetest guy on earth. Has the warmest heart. No one could ever stay mad at him. He's easy to love. The most adorable boy ever.

A Spartan Warrior.

Ha. These are pretty funny. Wow. Now everybody is bursting out laughing. Kinda loud and annoying. Anyways, I liked the things that it said about "colton". My personal favorite it the last one. Describes me perfectly. Wow, I just read noah's. It was horrible. Yet hilarious at the same time. This was a pretty fun class though. I think we're about done. I got a choir lesson now.

Entry 31, February 25

I'm kinda surprised I got full credit for this assignment you just handed out. Not that I don't want the extra credit... So, what's new in my life. We found a stray kitten in the woods the other day. She's really cool looking. She's grey and white with black stripes on the grey. She's really sweet. I'm ot sure what we're going to name her. Right now we call her Garbage. It's off of the Office, so that's where we came up with that. It kinda looks like a cheetah, too, so my dad and I also came up with Cheeto, which doesn't make sense, but it's stil a fun little name. The kitten's actually quite funny to watch. It usually looks like it's hunting all the time. Whenever it moves, it stays low to the ground.

Entry 30, February 11

I want to go home. I don't feel like waiting here for another 45 minutes. Plus practice. That shouldn't be to hard though. We haven't had a very hard practice yet, and I doubt that will change. I heard Neal saying that we'd do a lot more drills rather than live wrestling. This is mainly because of Clayton's finger being hurt. I just really want to go home and relax and wait for tomorrow to be done with so it can be the weekend. Nothing special going on except for Districts, which is going to be boring. Clayton's the only one wrestling from our school, so I'll just be sitting around the entire day waiting for it to be done and over with. I'm really excited for Sunday. I'll be able to stay at home and do whatever. i hope I'm up a good few hours before Clayton. I like having the morning all to myself. No body bugs me and I can do whatever I want. Usually mom or dad are watching the dogs, so I won't have to do anythings there. My hands are all inky from art. I can't wait until I get done with my current project so I can move onto something else. I'm bored doing what I am doing in that class now. I was never really excited with it in the first place, though.

Entry 29, feb. 4

I'm sleepy. I might just use this time to sleep... Not a really great idea to put that sown though... now you'll know if I wasn't typing this whole time. I wonder how fast the fastest typer is. I'll bet they'd be pretty amazing. I just want to go home. Something hit the wall. Behind me. My bet's on someone fell. I have an unknown song stuck in my head. I've heard it like ten times before but I still am uninformed of what it's called. I like it. I'm pretty sure it's by the Muse. I kinda like the whole two songs I've heard by them. Now I'm thinking of Minnesota... oh how I love the Minnesota.

Entry 28, february 2

Well, today was groundhog day. Phil saw his shadow, so we have 6 more weeks of winter left. He always seems to see his shadow... stupid woodchuck. I'm bored of winter. I can't wait for spring to get here. I always seem to think that I'm going to spend more time outside in the new seasons, but I never do. When it's summer i think to myself "Hey, you know what, I'm gonna make a snow fort this year when winter comes. I'm going to spend a lot more time out there." but i don't. In the winter I think to myself "I think I'm going to spend a lot more of my time outside, making things." And again, I never do. I'm still going to try though. But in all reality, I'm really excited to be able to walk out in the woods. I like going by this little creek down in a ravine by our house... It's awesome there.

entry 27, january 28

Well, after approximately 5 minutes of waiting for the internet to work, I've finally started. I am now unable to produce an interesting topic... I'm sleepy. Tom was singing about waffles a while ago, and then he read my entry, so that's nice. I am kinda not really excited for tonight. I can't think of all the homework I have, and I get the feeling that it's a lot, bu tit probably isn't. I've been procrastinating a lot lately. Usualy waitnig until morning to get my homework done.

Entry 26, January 26

Well, right now I feel like total crap. I kinda hate my mom right now. She didn't let me stay home but Clayton got to. That really pisses me off. Now I have to go to a crappy practice and feel like crap the rest of the night. I'm tired. I'll probably sleep right now... zzzzzzzz. If only if only... I wish I was Iron Man. Thatd b awesome. n key. ugh not a good day. I hate 2hr delays in a way. nuthin good out of them except for an extra 1 or 2 hours of sleep. eh. my hands are cold. can't wait til the Chicago trip.

Entry 25, January 21

Umm. I think I have poison ivy. I kinda hope I don't. I really hope I don't. That would mean I would have to go through a very unpleasant wrestling practice. I wouldn't wrestle, I'd just condition. That's not fun. At all. I've been drawing quite a bit more lately. I've mainly been focusing on my superheroes/villains. I made a sidekick for my main guy, Nightshade. His name's Ghost. He's pretty cool. I kinda took the design from Moon Knight, one of Marvel's heroes. Ghost can move through objects, can go invisible, and had one other power that I thought of last night, but I can't remember. I'm kinda toying with whether or not I should give him flight/levitation though... I'm thinking I'll just go with levitation, and maybe have that evolve into flight. I really need to make some more villains for them. I have one for sure, another without a name, one with a name but no body, and a few powers with no name or body. I think I'll work on that over the weekend.

Tuesday, January 19, 2010

Entry 24, January 19

Well, right now I am kinda tired. Last night we had a semi-hard practice. It wasn't hard, but it was really tiring. I think i'm just a little out of shape. I have my art class, Drawing, all to myself this semester. It's going to be great. I like having that quiet time to draw and do stuff like that. I just hope that I actually like the course. It seems like my laptop's battery has gotten shorter. I don;t know why though. Eh, whatcha gonna do. I just want to go home and play my Xbox or watch the office.

Entry 23, January 12

I am completely blank right now. I was just staring at the screen not even realizing what was actually happening or what I was supposed to do. I have a cut from my brother on my hand from his fingernail. It kinda makes me happy since he is usually the one that gets cut and he gets mad at me for "never cutting my nails". Why are they called nails? I'd like to know. I wonder what the scientific term for them is. I wonder if it would be the same or not. 2 more minutes... I like messing around on guitars. It's kinda fun. I can play very little... I only know a teeny bit of "One" by metallica and the main theme part of the banjo song from deliverance.

Entry 22, January 5

Well. I am not excited for wrestling practice today. Or tomorrow. Mainly today though, because tomorrow will be easy since we have a meet on Thursday. Hmm... For some reason I'm feeling kinda dizzy right now... which is good. If I get sick then I have no practice!!! Yay! But too bad I have to face the sad, cruel reality... I'm fine... i always am... dammit. Well, once more I've become run out of idea's to write about. What's that thing? something about just writing down a word and then going to the next that comes in mind... Eh, o well.
